The above is a detailed outline of how the sessions will be structured. After the initial assessment, the therapist writes a case conceptualisation and formulates a plan that will meet the client’s needs. Some clients may not need 12 sessions, others may need to extend. Any reports or session extension requests required by the healthcare provider are written and applied for by the designated therapist.
